You can setup and monitor an unlimited number of courses and curriculums with our education tracking software. First, setup courses; next, add them to a curriculum if desired - it's that simple! Once you have completed these steps, you can schedule specific class sessions and begin student enrollments.

Our curriculum software lets you designate both core and elective courses, and the length of time to complete the curriculum as part of an overall comprehensive course plan. The screen examples shown here are the course and curriculum screens.

When adding a new course you can set an unlimited number of external certifications, required credits and certificates to print upon successful course completion. You may also determine the number of course credits, minimum passing test scores, default pricing, and create and print a course syllabus. For your convenience, when setting up a new course the teachers listed can be filtered to those with the required certification types.

Our flexible class management software lets you compute course credits based on student attendance at individual sessions, or upon completion of the total course. The Course ID is numeric and is automatically added by the program; the course description allows up to a 50 character name. If you purchase the optional financial module, you can also setup default class pricing for members and non-members.
