Lending Library
Functions of the library include full reporting of outstanding items, library receipts, numerous reports, library inventory tracking and frequency of use analysis including integration with course type class requirements.
Materials can be checked out and a printed receipt delivered to the borrower. Materials on loan can be extended for additional periods. Reports include outstanding items and activity by company and description. Library receipts can also be reprinted, if desired. The maintenance screen lets you add new items to the library, or retire them from service. |
